How NewClientEngine works — the subscription, the website review and publication process, ownership, and what we do and don’t promise.

NewClientEngine is a service of QAI Solutions LLC (“NewClientEngine,” “we,” “us”), a Brooklyn, New York company. By requesting a report, a website, or any service from us, you agree to these terms.
NewClientEngine is a subscription service. One monthly price on an agreement with a minimum term covers six services: a professional website, the Google Business Profile, a Facebook page, an Instagram profile, two original posts per month published on both platforms, and a review system. What is missing, we build; what exists, we organize, improve, and connect. Build and initial setup are included; there is no separate website-development fee. The subscription never includes an advertising budget, ad management, or writing responses to reviews. Two services can be subscribed to separately, on request, after the subscription starts: Advertising Management (from $500/month or 20% of ad spend, whichever is higher; your ad budget is paid directly to the ad platform) and Review Responses (priced by a separate contract addendum).
The Customer Growth Report is based on publicly available information about your business and reflects signals, not guarantees. Scores are directional — they help you prioritize; they are not a prediction of exact search positions or customer numbers. The AI visibility section is informational only. Nothing in the report promises specific rankings, customer volume, or that any AI system will recommend your business.
If a website is part of your subscription and your current site is weak or missing, we prepare a nearly finished website version before you sign and before you pay. Reviewing it is free, with no obligation.
The nearly finished version is shown on a NewClientEngine service address (no-index) via a closed review link, for review only. It is not connected to your domain, is closed to search indexing, and is marked as a version for owner review. If you decline, the business-specific version is removed. We may reuse general layouts, templates, and components, but not your private materials, logo, photos, or business-specific content without your permission.
To continue, you sign the subscription agreement (minimum term of 12 months; a 6-month option exists for the therapist Connect package) and make the first monthly payment. You then send your materials — photos, texts, and business details.
The website goes through two revision rounds within the agreed scope and functionality. Each round is one consolidated list of comments — any number of them — submitted together as one document or message. You also confirm the photographs used on the site.
The website is published only after your separate publication approval. Then the domain is connected, the review notice is removed, and search indexing is opened. All build and setup work under our control happens in the first month of the subscription; Google verification method, timing, and approval remain with Google and may take longer or be declined.
New functionality such as booking systems, online ordering, payments, e-commerce, custom integrations, or a change in business direction is outside the agreed scope and is agreed separately.
If your existing website is genuinely strong, we do not replace it; the work becomes conversion improvements, connection to the rest of the system, and ongoing management. The subscription price does not change with the number of assets we build or exclude.
A domain we register is held by NewClientEngine, and the website runs on our infrastructure for the first 12 paid months; after the twelfth payment, you receive the domain and the contractually defined rights to the website’s design, copy, and files (for the therapist Connect package, after the final payment under the chosen 6- or 12-month term). If you already own a domain, it stays yours — the website is connected to it. The Google Business Profile and social media pages are set up in your business’s name from day one, and we manage them. QAI Solutions / NewClientEngine keeps ownership of our reusable templates, tools, systems, automation, components, prompts, workflows, design patterns, and code libraries. Stock photos, fonts, plugins, and third-party tools remain under their own licenses and terms, and you do not receive exclusive rights to them.
During the term, the subscription includes hosting, managed forms, technical maintenance, updates, and agreed integrations. Not included unless separately agreed: email hosting, premium add-ons, booking systems, payment systems, and other third-party services and fees. Third-party platform policies may change independently of us.
Month after month, we manage the Google Business Profile, keep the Facebook page and Instagram profile aligned, publish two original posts per month on both platforms, and run the review system: a neutral review invitation after each reported completed job, sent to a contact lawfully supplied by you. We treat all customers equally — no incentives for reviews, no filtering, no gating — and we monitor new reviews. Writing responses to reviews is not included; it is available as the separate Review Responses service by contract addendum. Every quarter you receive a one-page summary of what was done.
Within the subscription, we improve the signals that help AI systems understand your business. We do not guarantee placement or recommendation in AI answers.
The nearly finished website version is intended for legitimate small businesses considering a NewClientEngine subscription. It is not an unlimited free design service, an agency research tool, or a competitor-audit tool. We may approve or decline a request based on business legitimacy, supported scope, duplicates, incomplete information, or unsupported project types.
We build the foundation and improve the signals that help new customers — and AI tools — find, understand, and trust your business. We do not guarantee search rankings, the number of customers or calls you receive, or that any AI system will recommend your business.
We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or clinical advice. You are responsible for the final approval of any regulated claims on your website. Reviews, testimonials, and photos in regulated fields must be used only with appropriate permission. For medical, dental, and therapy practices, we avoid treatment-outcome promises, and confidential patient or client information should not be sent to us without proper protection.
The subscription is billed monthly in advance at one monthly price for your tier, plus any monthly surcharge for additional website languages. The first payment is due after the agreement is signed; the agreement has a minimum term of 12 months (6 months is available for the therapist Connect package). The Customer Growth Report and the review of the nearly finished website are free. There is no automatic renewal at an unstated price: toward the end of the term we offer options for continuing, and the choice is yours. The separate Advertising Management and Review Responses services are agreed by contract addendum. Payments may be handled through a third-party payment processor under their own terms.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our services are provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. This section, together with the governing-law section below, should be finalized with your attorney.
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The final governing-law and venue language should be confirmed with counsel.
