How NewClientEngine works — our services, the website build-and-payment process, ownership, and what we do and don’t promise.

NewClientEngine is a service of QAI Solutions LLC (“NewClientEngine,” “we,” “us”), a Brooklyn, New York company. By requesting a report, a website, or any service from us, you agree to these terms.
We help local businesses attract more new customers online. Our services include professional websites, Google Business Profile setup and optimization, Facebook and Instagram setup and optimization, social media management, advertising management, and AI-Ready website optimization. The foundation — your website, Google, and social profiles — is valuable on its own; advertising is an optional next step, not a requirement.
The Customer Growth Report is based on publicly available information about your business and reflects signals, not guarantees. Scores are directional — they help you prioritize; they are not a prediction of exact search positions or customer numbers. The AI visibility section is informational only. Nothing in the report promises specific rankings, customer volume, or that any AI system will recommend your business.
We build the first full website version before you pay. You only pay if you approve it and want to own and launch it.
For standard websites, we usually deliver the first full website version within 2 business days. More complex, regulated (legal or medical), multilingual, or custom-scope projects may require additional time. “Standard” means a supported business category with enough information provided, no custom integrations, and no e-commerce, online ordering, or booking/payment systems.
The first version is shown on a temporary NewClientEngine staging address for review only. Staging pages are marked no-index and are not transferred to you until full payment.
If you do not place a deposit, the staging version stays available for up to 30 days. After that, we may remove, archive, or reuse it. We may reuse general layouts, templates, and components, but not your private materials, logo, photos, or business-specific content without your permission.
To continue, you approve the direction and pay a 50% deposit. The deposit starts the active project window and the revision process. Each project includes two revision rounds within the originally agreed scope: Round 1 submitted within 30 days and Round 2 within the following 15 days. Each round may include many edits, but they must be submitted together in one consolidated message or document.
New pages, new languages, redesigns, new sections or functionality, booking systems, online ordering, payments, e-commerce, major copy rewrites, integrations, or a change in business direction are outside the included rounds and are quoted separately.
After the deposit, a project stays active for up to 90 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you go silent, we send reminders; without a response by the end of the window, the project may be paused, archived, or closed. The deposit is applied toward the final project price and becomes non-refundable once revision work begins or the active project window starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you return after a project closes, we may reopen it when files are available, possibly with a reactivation fee or an updated quote.
After Round 2, the remaining balance is due. Once paid in full, we move the finished site to your own hosting account and connect your domain. You own the website after full payment.
After full payment, you own your final website content, the deployed website, and the business-specific assets we created for you (subject to third-party licenses). QAI Solutions / NewClientEngine keeps ownership of our reusable templates, tools, systems, automation, components, prompts, workflows, design patterns, and code libraries. Stock photos, fonts, plugins, and third-party tools remain under their own licenses and terms, and you do not receive exclusive rights to them. Ownership does not transfer until the final balance is paid.
We may use Netlify or another suitable provider to host static websites. Free hosting tiers are available at the time of writing but may change under third-party platform policies. Not included unless separately quoted: domain registration, paid hosting upgrades, email hosting, form-processing tools, premium add-ons, booking systems, payment systems, and other third-party services and fees. We help connect your domain after final payment, but you are responsible for owning and paying for your domain and any required third-party services.
Website maintenance covers small updates only (for example hours, phone, photos, prices, small text), up to 3 small updates per month; it does not include redesigns, new pages, SEO campaigns, copywriting, integrations, or emergency support. Social media management, AI-Ready optimization, and advertising management are optional. Advertising management fees are listed on our pricing page or in your written quote, and your ad budget is paid separately. We do not require a subscription, and we do not use your website to force you into a monthly plan.
AI-Ready Website Optimization improves the signals that help AI systems understand your business. It does not guarantee placement or recommendation in AI answers.
The free first website version is intended for legitimate small businesses considering a NewClientEngine website. It is not an unlimited free design service, an agency research tool, or a competitor-audit tool. We may approve or decline a free build request based on business legitimacy, supported scope, duplicates, incomplete information, or unsupported project types.
We build the foundation and improve the signals that help new customers — and AI tools — find, understand, and trust your business. We do not guarantee search rankings, the number of customers or calls you receive, or that any AI system will recommend your business.
We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or clinical advice. You are responsible for the final approval of any regulated claims on your website. Reviews, testimonials, and photos in regulated fields must be used only with appropriate permission. For medical, dental, and therapy practices, we avoid treatment-outcome promises, and confidential patient or client information should not be sent to us without proper protection.
Website projects are billed as a 50% deposit and a 50% final balance, plus any separately quoted add-ons or additional languages. Except for the website build model described above and the free Customer Growth Report, services — including Google Business Profile setup or optimization, Facebook/Instagram setup or optimization, AI-Ready optimization, social media management, and advertising management — are paid before work begins. Ongoing services are billed monthly in advance. Payments may be handled through a third-party payment processor under their own terms.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our services are provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. This section, together with the governing-law section below, should be finalized with your attorney.
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The final governing-law and venue language should be confirmed with counsel.
