The nearly finished version usually includes the core sections a local business needs: home, services, about/trust, and contact. The exact structure depends on your business type. The final site is completed with your materials after the agreement.
If your existing site is genuinely strong, we don't replace it — the work becomes conversion improvements, connection to the rest of the system, and ongoing management. Advanced functionality such as online ordering, booking systems, payments, or e-commerce is agreed separately.
The website is part of the subscription: one monthly price on a 12-month agreement, by vertical. Build and setup are included; there is no separate website-development fee.
