If a new website — or a rebuild of your current site — is the right next step, we build the first full working version on a private, no-index staging link. You review the real thing in your browser — not a mockup or a slideshow. If another part of your online presence is the higher-leverage verified need, we start there instead.

For website projects: approve, then pay a deposit
For website projects, you pay a 50% deposit only after you approve the first version and want to own and launch it — then two included revision rounds get the details right. For other services, we agree on the scope and price first, and paid work begins after payment unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • We improve the signals that help customers and AI assistants find, understand, and trust you. We don’t guarantee rankings, customer numbers, or that any AI system will recommend you.

Common questions about the process

What if I already have a website?

Then the free report matters even more — it shows whether your current site is helping you win customers or quietly turning them away. You don’t have to rebuild: we can strengthen and connect what you already have — your site, Google Business Profile, social pages, and reviews. A new website is one possible next step, not a requirement.

Do all services work like the website-before-payment offer?

No. The free Customer Growth Report has no payment or obligation. For website projects, you review the first full version before paying a deposit. Other services — Google Business Profile setup or optimization, Facebook and Instagram setup or optimization, social media management, AI-Ready optimization, maintenance, and ads management — are paid services: we agree on the scope and price first, and work begins after payment.

What happens after I approve the first website version?

For website projects: when you approve the direction, a 50% deposit starts the active project window and begins the revision process.

What do the two revision rounds include?

Each project includes two revision rounds within the original agreed website scope. Each round may include multiple edits, but they must be submitted together in one consolidated message or document.

What is out of scope?

New pages, new languages, redesign, new functionality, booking, online ordering, payments, e-commerce, major copy rewrites, integrations, or a change in business direction are quoted separately.

Is the website deposit refundable?

For website projects, the deposit is applied toward the final price. It becomes non-refundable once revision work begins or the active project window starts.

How long is the first version available if I don't decide?

If you don't place a deposit, the first version stays on a private staging link (set to noindex) for up to 30 days. After that, it may be removed, archived, or reused.

What if the project goes quiet after the deposit?

After the deposit, the project stays active for up to 90 days. We send reminders, and if there is no response, the project may be paused or archived.

What counts as a "standard website"?

A standard website is a supported business category with enough intake information, no custom integrations, no e-commerce, online ordering, booking, or payment systems, no regulated-content review beyond standard template checks, and no extra languages beyond the agreed scope. Anything beyond this is quoted and scheduled separately.

What's included in hosting, and what about my domain?

We may use Netlify or another suitable hosting provider. Free hosting tiers are available at the time of writing but may change. Domain registration, paid hosting upgrades, email hosting, premium add-ons, and third-party services are not included unless separately quoted. You own and pay for your own domain.
