See your nearly finished website — before you sign, and before you pay
If a website is part of your subscription, we prepare a nearly finished version and send you a closed review link. While you review it, the website is not connected to your domain, is closed to search indexing, and is marked as a version for owner review. Reviewing it is free, with no obligation. If you decline, the business-specific version is removed.

Send your materials — then two revision rounds
You send photos, texts, and details, and the website goes through two revision rounds. Each round is one consolidated list of comments — any number of them, delivered as one document or message. You also confirm the photographs used on the site.

You approve publication — then the website goes live
Nothing is published without your separate publication approval. Once you give it, the domain is connected, the review notice is removed, and indexing is opened. All build and setup work under our control happens in the first month; Google verification timing and approval remain with Google.

The system runs month after month
We manage the Google Business Profile, keep Facebook and Instagram aligned, publish two original posts a month on both, and send a neutral review invitation after each job you report. Every quarter you receive a one-page summary of what was done and what changed.

FAQ

Common questions about the process

What if I already have a website?

If your current website is genuinely strong, we don’t replace it — the work becomes improvement, connection, and ongoing management, and the Connect tier may fit you. If the site is weak or missing, we build a new one — and you see the nearly finished version before you sign and before you pay. Your vertical determines the price, not the number of assets we build.

What does the subscription include?

Six services for one monthly price: a professional website, the Google Business Profile, a Facebook page, an Instagram profile, two original posts a month published on both platforms, and a review system. During the term, the subscription also includes hosting, managed forms, technical maintenance, updates, and agreed integrations. Build and setup are included; there is no separate website-development fee.

Who owns the website and the profiles?

A domain we register is held by NewClientEngine, and the website runs on our infrastructure for the first 12 paid months; after the twelfth payment, you receive the domain and the contractually defined rights to the website’s design, copy, and files. If you already own a domain, it stays yours — the website is connected to it. The Google Business Profile and social media pages are set up in your business’s name from day one, and we manage them.

What happens after 12 months?

After 12 paid months, the contractually defined rights to the website pass to you — and so does the domain, if we registered it. Toward the end of the year we will offer options for continuing; the choice is yours — continue with us, or take the website and run it on your own.

What do the two revision rounds include?

The website goes through two revision rounds within the agreed scope and functionality. Each round is one consolidated list of comments — any number of them — delivered as one document or message. After the second round the website is finalized, but it is published only after your separate publication approval.

When does the website go live?

Only after you confirm the photographs used on the site and give a separate publication approval. Then the domain is connected, the review notice is removed, and search indexing is opened.

How long does Google verification take?

Google alone controls the verification method, timing, and approval. We prepare everything and support the verification from month one, but it may take longer than the first month or be declined by Google.

What languages do you support?

English, Spanish, and Russian. The subscription includes one website language; each additional website language — a version of the site with a language switcher — is a monthly surcharge that depends on your tier. Posts and review invitations run in one language.

What is never included?

An advertising budget, ad management, and writing responses to reviews. Two services can be subscribed to separately: Advertising Management — from $500/month or 20% of ad spend, whichever is higher, with your ad budget paid directly to the ad platform — and Review Responses, priced by a separate contract addendum. Both are connected only on request after the subscription starts.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We don’t guarantee rankings, timing of search visibility, review counts, AI mentions, inquiries, clients, sales, revenue, or ROI — no honest provider can. What we do stand behind is the work itself: the six services run every month, and every quarter you receive a one-page summary of what was done.
