For psychologists (PsyD, PhD), psychoanalysts, counselors, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, and LPC. One subscription builds and runs the online presence of your practice — without reviews, in line with professional ethics. We don’t guarantee rankings, AI mentions, or a number of new clients — no honest provider can.
Many therapists tell us that inquiries from Psychology Today are substantially lower than they once were. Meanwhile, people looking for a therapist increasingly start in three places: Google search and maps, a practice’s own website, and AI services. This package makes your practice visible in those three places.
Soliciting reviews from therapy clients is prohibited by the APA Ethics Code (Standard 5.05), so this package has no review system. Trust is built from what the practice itself publishes.
Including practices that offer visits to clients’ homes.
Your approach, session format, your fee if you wish to show it, and one clear way to book. A page for each area of your work. If you visit clients’ homes, the website gets a dedicated page with the neighborhoods you serve, the fee, and how to book.
Set up in your practice’s name, with the address hidden — only home visits and your service area are shown. Google retains final approval of profiles and edits.
We write a script; you record 60–90 seconds. We cut a 15-second version for Psychology Today and a 28-second version for the Google Business Profile, and place the full video on the first page of your website. Psychology Today lets you add a video, but far from everyone uses it: a video helps you stand out among the many therapists on that platform.
With your permission, we request or claim your profiles on Healthgrades, Vitals, WebMD Care, and RateMDs and bring them in line with your practice; decisions remain with each platform. We also claim profiles that platforms created without you — including Yelp. On Psychology Today, Headway, Alma, and Zocdoc we open nothing new: we align what you already have.
On psychological topics, published to your Google Business Profile with a link to your website, and to the Blog section of the website. Once a quarter you receive the next six posts and have seven days to edit or decline any of them. No case examples, no diagnoses, no promised outcomes.
Website visit statistics that collect no personal data — no names, no emails, and no contents of booking forms.
What was done, how many people visited the website and where they came from, which pages they viewed, and how many tapped the phone number, email, or booking form — plus calls and website visits from the Google Business Profile.
Same package, adapted for a practice with no client premises and no visits.
Instead of the Google Business Profile and the home-visits page, we create and run Facebook and Instagram pages for your practice. The two monthly posts are published there and in the Blog section of your website, and the monthly letter shows reach and follower counts alongside your website statistics.
If you start seeing clients in person or visiting clients’ homes, Package 2 becomes Package 1 — the price does not change.
The same composition on both terms — you choose how long the contract runs.
After the sixth payment, the contractually defined rights to the website pass to you, and so does the domain, if we registered it.
After the twelfth payment, the contractually defined rights to the website pass to you, and so does the domain, if we registered it.
Each additional website language — $39 per month on a 6-month term, $29 per month on a 12-month term.
The surcharge applies to the website language only: an English-Russian site is $349 + $39 = $388/mo or $199 + $29 = $228/mo. Posts run in one language.
Toward the end of the contract term we will offer options for continuing; the choice is yours — continue with us, or take the website and run it on your own.
A domain we register is held by NewClientEngine, and the website runs on our infrastructure for the full paid term of the contract — 6 or 12 months; after the final payment under the contract you receive the domain and the contractually defined rights to the website’s design, copy and files. If you already own a domain, it stays yours — the website is connected to it. The Google Business Profile and social media pages are set up in your practice’s name from day one, and we manage them.
See how your practice looks today in Google, on your website, in directories, and to AI services — and what this package would change. No payment, no obligation.
