What is missing, we build; what exists, we organize, improve, and connect. Your vertical determines the price, not the number of missing assets. Build and initial setup are included; there is no separate creation fee.
NewClientEngine is a subscription service that brings local businesses new clients from the internet and AI: we diagnose the real gaps for free, show the result of preliminary work before the first payment, and operate one living six-service system for one monthly price. We do not guarantee rankings, timing of visibility, review counts, AI mentions, inquiries, clients, sales, revenue, or ROI.
The problem: no website yet — or one that looks outdated or doesn't clearly say what you do — so visitors leave before they ever contact you.
If you have no website or a weak one, we prepare a nearly finished new or substantially rebuilt version and show it to you before you sign and before you pay. If your site is already good, the work becomes conversion improvements, new pages, mobile QA, forms, analytics, and integration with every channel. Publication happens only after two revision rounds and your separate approval.
We send a closed review link to your nearly finished website. Looking at it is free, with no obligation.
How the closed review link works →The subscription includes the website in one language. Each additional website language version (with a language switcher) is a monthly surcharge — see pricing below.
The problem: when people search for your service nearby, a missing or incomplete Google profile sends them straight to your competitors.
We check what already exists, then recover or set up your Google Business Profile — categories, services, hours, photos, and consistent business details — with verification support from month one. The profile is set up in your business's name from day one, and we manage it.
Google alone controls the verification method, timing, and approval. Verification may take longer than a month or be declined by Google.
The problem: an empty, outdated, or inconsistent Facebook page makes a business look closed to new customers who check you out before reaching out.
We create your Facebook page or align the one you already have — a working link to your website, consistent business data, and a coordinated call to action. Your existing followers and posts are preserved.
The problem: an Instagram profile that doesn't say what you do, where you work, or how to reach you quietly loses the people who found you there.
We create or correct your Instagram profile — services in the bio, a working link, and a coordinated call to action. Your existing handle, followers, and posts are preserved.
The problem: pages with no recent activity make new customers wonder whether the business is still open.
Two original posts per month, each published on both Facebook and Instagram. Trades use project photographs you supply or approve; offices and practices receive produced safe-topic content.
We never present fabricated work as completed jobs. If materials aren't provided, safe educational content is used or the item moves according to the agreed calendar. Posts run in one language — the language the account is maintained in.
The problem: new customers trust other customers. Few or no visible reviews makes people hesitate and look elsewhere.
After each completed job or visit that you report — with the customer's contact lawfully supplied — we send a neutral invitation to leave a Google review. The same invitation goes to every eligible customer, and we monitor new reviews as they appear.
No incentives, no filtering, no review gating. We never write or buy reviews. Writing responses to reviews is not included; it is available as a separately subscribed service.
Once a quarter you receive one page: what was created or updated, how many review invitations were sent, which reviews appeared, your current rating, what changed, and what is required from you.
Don’t guess. Start with the free Customer Growth Report — it shows the real state of your online presence and which tier matches your business.
Your vertical determines the price, not the number of missing assets. The standard agreement is 12 months — Contractors and Basic also come in a 6-month term — and build and initial setup are included; there is no separate creation fee.
Connect for therapists has its own composition and a 6-month option — psychologists, psychoanalysts, counselors, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC.
See the therapist package →The subscription includes your website in one language — you choose which. Each additional website language version (with a language switcher) is the monthly surcharge shown for your tier. Social posts run in one language — the language the account is maintained in — regardless of how many website languages you have, and review invitations are likewise sent in one language. Languages offered: English, Spanish, and Russian.
After the agreement and first payment, you send your materials and comments, and the website goes through two revision rounds.
A domain we register is held by NewClientEngine, and the website runs on our infrastructure for the first 12 paid months; after the twelfth payment, you receive the domain and the contractually defined rights to the website's design, copy, and files. If you already own a domain, it stays yours — the website is connected to it. The Google Business Profile and social media pages are set up in your business's name from day one, and we manage them. During the term, the subscription includes hosting, managed forms, technical maintenance, updates, and agreed integrations.
After 12 paid months, the contractually defined rights to the website pass to you — and so does the domain, if we registered it. Toward the end of the year we will offer options for continuing; the choice is yours — continue with us, or take the website and run it on your own.
The subscription never includes an advertising budget, ad management, or writing responses to reviews. Two services can be subscribed to separately.
Start with a free Customer Growth Report. It shows exactly where you're losing customers — and which tier fits your business.
If a website is part of your subscription, you'll see the nearly finished version before you sign — and before you pay.
